Juan is your host at the accommodation. He is responsible for ensuring your well-being and comfort throughout your stay. He arranges for key collection on the day of arrival, coordinates cleaning and pick-up at the end of your stay, and will be your contact person in case of any problems during your stay. You will receive contact information, as well as all information for the handover of the accommodation, a few days before your arrival. Together with the host, we contribute to offering a quality experience so you can relax and enjoy without worries.

Holiday home for rent with private pool, close to the small town of El Colorado, which belongs to Conil de la Frontera. This lovely, brand new house consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. The lounge-diner is fitted with air conditioning, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all that you may need during your stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is one bathroom. This property is equipped with WiFi In the exterior area there is a garden area with a waterfall pool, and a lawn with artificial grass. The porch is furnished and there is also a covered barbecue area where you will find an exterior toilet.

Neighborhood info

The small town of El Colorado and all its services is around two kilometres from the house, while the centre of Conil is around eight kilometres. This holiday home has a great location, the beach is 10 minutes drive away, and the town centre only five minutes. Holiday homes in Conil de la Frontera are very in demand in peak season, as well as at other times of the year. Between May and October the town´s population swells and there is a lively buzz on the streets, and year round you can enjoy the pleasant climate that favours the Costa de la Luz. There is a great choice of eating places in the area, and in the evenings the streets are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everythin
