Juan is your host at the accommodation. He is responsible for ensuring your well-being and comfort throughout your stay. He arranges for key collection on the day of arrival, coordinates cleaning and pick-up at the end of your stay, and will be your contact person in case of any problems during your stay. You will receive contact information, as well as all information for the handover of the accommodation, a few days before your arrival. Apartelius, as Channel Manager, provides listing services, calendar and price synchronization, and customer service during the booking process. Together with the host, we contribute to offering a quality experience so you can relax and enjoy without worries.

Holiday rental villa with beautiful garden and brand new pool for couples with children or couples looking for tranquility in the area. It has a maximum capacity of four people. This accommodation consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. Outside there is a covered porch, a grove of olive trees and a small private pool. Pets are allowed under request and with supplement. No noise or parties are allowed on the property.

Neighborhood info

From the area where the house is located it takes about three minutes to drive to town, the local beaches are all around eight or nine minutes away in the car, such as: Cala de Aceite, Cala de Roche, Roche beach, Fuente del Gallo and la Fontanilla. It´s also a great base to explore the other towns of the province of Cádiz.
