Juan is your host at the accommodation. He is responsible for ensuring your well-being and comfort throughout your stay. He arranges for key collection on the day of arrival, coordinates cleaning and pick-up at the end of your stay, and will be your contact person in case of any problems during your stay. You will receive contact information, as well as all information for the handover of the accommodation, a few days before your arrival. Apartelius, as Channel Manager, provides listing services, calendar and price synchronization, and customer service during the booking process. Together with the host, we contribute to offering a quality experience so you can relax and enjoy without worries.

Two-storey villa with WIFI and private pool. On the top floor there are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a terrace with a gazebo. Living room and well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. On the ground floor a front porch with common gardens with other homes. At the back another porch with private garden, barbecue facilities, sun loungers and private pool. It is located 2 minutes from Conil de la Frontera and less than 3 minutes by car from the beach of Bateles and Fontanilla.
