Juan is your host at the accommodation. He is responsible for ensuring your well-being and comfort throughout your stay. He arranges for key collection on the day of arrival, coordinates cleaning and pick-up at the end of your stay, and will be your contact person in case of any problems during your stay. You will receive contact information, as well as all information for the handover of the accommodation, a few days before your arrival. Apartelius, as Channel Manager, provides listing services, calendar and price synchronization, and customer service during the booking process. Together with the host, we contribute to offering a quality experience so you can relax and enjoy without worries.

Rent a two-storey villa with free WIFI and private pool. It is located two minutes from the town of Conil. From this location it takes only six minutes by car to the Cala del Aceite and less than three minutes by car to the beaches of Los Bateles and La Fontanilla. EQUIPMENT The house has two floors, on the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace with veranda. On the first floor there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Outside there is a front porch surrounded by bushes and flowers, with common gardens with other houses. At the back is another porch with a private garden, with barbecue, sun loungers and best of all, a totally private pool. Covered parking outside. It has a soccer field.

In a quiet rural area, but with everything at hand just a few minutes drive away. It has the best of both worlds.
