This is a top-notch modern development, which was completed at the beginning of 2017. Alcaidesa is an urbanization located on the western end of the Costa del Sol. "Gibraltar, "The Rock" is close by. The ground floor apartment is easily accessible with stunning views of the sea and Gibraltar! It is golf/beach front with a path that leads directly to the beach. It also has an amazing pool, a small fitness area, Turkish bath, and sauna. "
This neighborhood has a security guard at both entrances and has 24-hour surveillance. It is only a 20-minute drive from Gibraltar and also from the ferry point to take a trip to Morocco. It is also only about 40 minutes from Marbella, 30 minutes Estepona and about 116 km from Malaga Airport via the A-P 7. It has many world-class golf courses in the immediate area. The beach is only a 2-minute walk down a very nice path.
