Located on the second floor at Coto Real gated complex in Manilva-San Luis de Sabinillas. 🏖️ The apartment is within walking distance to the marina and beaches, and it takes only 5 min to get there by car. The apartment features: 🛌 2 large double bedrooms each with a private bathroom; 🍳 a fully equipped modern kitchen including a fridge freezer, a washing machine, an oven, a hob, a microwave and a dishwasher; 🍷 a spacious lounge/dining area with a double sofa-bed for extra guests and direct access to a partially covered terrace.
