A comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with posibility to use the salon as second bedroom. There are two bathrooms and a private sauna. The two large terraces offer sun all day and fantastic views over the medeteranian. In the closed urbanisation you can find free parking, 3 swimming pools, a playground and well maintaind gardens. No lift
Kris is from Belgium and lives in Casares since 2018. hobbies are running (road and trail), formula 1 and playing drums and guitar.
Casares is one of the best stretches on the Costa del Sol. You find clean beaches and spectacular mountains. Estepona is only 8 km from Casares. There you can find shops, nightlife and (international) restaurants. Even closer (1.5km) is the fishing town Sabinillas, with a nice promenade, many restaurants and bars, and a market every Friday and Sunday. The area is know for the best authentic food and has great beach bars. Next to the apartment there is a taxi stand, a bus stop, gas station with shop, and a good restaurant offering reasonable priced food and drinks.
