New, quiet residential apartment overlooking the Marina. Two minutes walk to restaurants and 10 minute walk to the closest beaches. Our three bedroom apartment is new and is fitted with all new furniture and fittings of a high standard. Two complex swimming pools (one for children). There is one allocated parking space with additional parking available on the road side.
Puerto Sotogrande is one of the exclusive residential coastal marina's in southern Spain. The marina has capacity for almost 1,500 boats and has all the water activities associated with a large marina. Sotogrande is also famous for the Polo, with many competitions in the summer months.
