1 Boarbank Farm, a ground-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and air fryer, a living/dining room with Smart TV, books, electric fire, and dining table for four, and a snug with dining table and armchair. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin, serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front patio with furniture and designated off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 0.8 miles, river 1.2 miles. All of this and so much more with a stay at the welcoming 1 Boarbank Farm. Note: One car parking space is at the front of the property and the other space is at the back. Note: There is a step up from the snug to the kitchen, please take care. Note: Although no pets are allowed at the property, the owner does sometimes bring their own pet to the property.

The historic, South Lakeland village of Cartmel is renowned as the prettiest village in the Lake District. The Priory Church, one of the finest ecclesiastical buildings in the north of England, remains the heart of the community with its gatehouse forming the entrance to the village. Take advantage of excellent walking opportunities amidst beautiful, unspoilt countryside, visit Cartmel Racecourse, Campbell Legend Bluebird Exhibition, Lakeland Motor Museum and Holker Hall with its spectacular gardens, all of which are close by. The quiet seaside retreat of Grange-over-Sands, with its Edwardian buildings and mountain backdrop, is a mere 2 miles away, whilst Windermere, with its panoramic views over England's longest lake, is within a thirty minute drive.
