This three bedroom semi-detached house is unique and spacious. It consists of family bathroom upstairs and a walk in wet room down stairs. Every amenity is working perfectly. It is also located to the popular Parsonage retail park Leigh and parking is free of charge. Most importantly, the apartment is situated at the middle and can host guests accessing the following areas; manchester, Bolton, Atherton, liverpool, Warrington etc.
Perfect gentleman who prides in making his guest comfortable.
This is one of the most quiet neighbourhood around’ mainly with retirees.
