Garreg Ddu is a mid-terrace cottage in Blaenau Ffestiniog, Snowdonia, with two bedrooms (king-size and double), a ground-floor shower room, and first-floor cloakroom. It offers a kitchen, dining area, and sitting room gas central heating with woodburning stove. Outside: roadside parking, front patio, and rear yard. Please inform if bringing bikes for storage arrangements. Please note: under no circumstances is the charging of electric vehicles and bikes allowed at the property. The historic slate town of Blaenau Ffestiniog is situated in a superb, central position for exploring the Snowdonia National Park, and has a good selection of amenities. The main local attractions include the slate mines where visitors can take fascinating underground trips to see mining as it was done in days gone by - and the famous narrow gauge Ffestiniog mountain railway which runs for 13 miles through the Snowdonia National Park to the harbour town of Porthmadog. Many glorious local beaches, suitable for children, are within easy driving distance.
