A short walk from the city center and only 164 feet from Eastbourne seafront, this family-run B&B offers rooms with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. Set in an elegant Victorian townhouse only 10 minutes’ walk from Eastbourne Train Station. Spacious rooms with attached bathroom at 17 Wilmington Square include tea and coffee making facilities and Egyptian cotton linens. Front hotel rooms overlook The Square and have fabulous sea views. An extensive breakfast menu is served at 17 Wilmington Square, with a full English breakfast served alongside a choice of yogurts with fresh berries, granola, freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly ground coffee. The property is set in the heart of the cultural quarter, opposite the Congress Theater, Winter Gardena and the Devonshire Park Tennis Center.
