The property is west facing with views across the Coombe Valley to the sea from the lounge and glass-panelled decking, great for sunset dinners and cocktails. A barbecue is provided on the decking. There is a large open plan living / dining and kitchen with 5 ring gas hob oven and all mod cons built in. The lounge boasts full height glass patio doors onto the enclosed balcony decking, a flat screen tv, built-in Bluetooth sound system and electric fireplace. Sleeping - The unit sleeps up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wall mounted TV and en-suite shower / WC. There is also a twin room and separate shower / WC off of the hallway. The living room has a double sofa bed for extra guests. There is gas central heating throughout. Bedding and towels are provided. Pets are very welcome with prior notice.

Sandymouth beach is a 5 minute drive away, great for dogs (and humans:) and Bude is only 10mins away. The village of Kilkhampton is walking distance and has a variety of small shops, supermarkets, take aways and 2 pubs. The picturesque historical villages of Hartland and Clovelly are 20 minutes away by car.
