This well presented,delightful property is ideally located in the heart of the picturesque town of Eyemouth on Scotlands beautiful Berwickshire coast The property offers very comfortable accommodation comprising of a comfortable livingroom with a multifuel stove,original wooden window shutters and a 40" tv with Netflix. A well equiped dining kitchen seating up to 5 people. A family bathroom with shower over bath, heated mirror and electric shaver point. Bedroom 1: Spacious room with kingsize bed or can be split into 2 x 2'6 single beds. 40" tv with Netflix. Bedroom 2: Superking bed or can be split into 2 x 3' single beds. 32" tv with Netflix. Bedroom 3: Single 3' bed. 32" tv with Netflix There are 10 steps up to this main door upper villa. There is no washing machine but a laundry service is nearby. This property is in a convenient location, close to all amenities in the town. The beach, harbour, shops ,cafes, pubs and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk away. Bus stops are also within a few minutes walk where you can catch a bus up to Edinburgh or down to Berwick Upon Tweed
The town has a good selection of cafes and restaurants offering local produce. There is a leisure centre with swimming pool and a 18 hole golf course with spectacular views. Excellent area for diving, surfing, walking and angling Coastal and inland walks, golfing, diving,surfing, sea and freshwater angling
