Please Note: The Property has a minimum stay of 3 nights. 28 Rock Villas, a charming holiday home over three floors, consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and fridge/freezer, a dining room with dining seating, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite, king-size, and second-floor family room. There is a bathroom with bath and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with terrace and lawn and roadside parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Wherever your exploration takes you, enjoy all this with a stay at 28 Rock Villas. We have a wood burning stove, but don't provide logs. Please feel free to bring your own if you would like. However, we do provide bird food and feeders. Please enjoy the wildlife in the garden.

The pretty and quiet coastal village of Silverdale is situated on the shores of Morecambe Bay. Both Silverdale and nearby Arnside have a good selection of shops, cafes and pubs. The local surrounding area is a “nature lover’s paradise” with stunning limestone pavements and wonderful woodland walks through countryside alive with rare plants, trees and wildlife - the internationally renowned Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve is just 1 mile away from the village. Further afield, but within easy touring distance, are the Lake District and Lune Valley, The Yorkshire Dales and The Forest of Bowland.
