Self contained 3 bedroom accommodation within family home. Comfortable & clean with modern bathroom. Living room on ground floor with dining/flat screen TV & kitchenette facilities, including fridge, microwave, airfryer, toaster, kettle & sink. Hive controlled central heating. Hot water on demand.

Max and Sarah look forward to welcoming you here. We live locally in South Queensferry and are generally able to deal with any queries quickly.

The accommodation is situated in a modern, quiet & safe estate in beautiful South Queensferry. It is a 15 minute walk to the centre where you will find amazing views of the 3 bridges, various beaches and numerous lovely eateries and pubs. It is part of a cycle trail which goes under the Railway Bridge (UNESCO World Heritage site). Buses run regularly (3 minute walk to stop) to the centre of Edinburgh & the Airport (747). The train station is 20 minutes walk away with services to Edinburgh (15 minutes to centre) and the other way to Fife & beyond.
