Im a keen sportsman and hiker to the lake district which is less than an hour away from the property, if this is your thing i am always available to give you routes. St Annes Road East is one of many very affluent roads within the area. The town centre is packed with local shops,restauarnts ,cafes and fabulous walks along the sea front or on the beach Of course we have lytham and fairhaven just down the road as well all within walking distance but how can we forget the various golf courses all with in the town.
