Comfortable, modernised 2 bedroom cottage with log burner. Light and stylish Balvaig Cottage has an open plan kitchen and dining area, and super relaxing sitting room with floor to ceiling windows affording views to a wooded hillside. The accommodation has WiFi, satellite TV, a well appointed kitchen, dining and sitting area, 2 bedrooms, bath with a shower over and useful porch to the rear with a washing machine and freezer. There is dual access to the front and back and off road parking for up to 3 cars. The nearby village of Strathyre is within easy walking distance and has a cafe, restaurant, pubs and village shop. There is a electric car charger in Strathyre and nearby Mhor 84.

The cottage is a great place to enjoy the beauty of Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park , and many outdoor activities offered in the area and visitor attractions. Located in Rob Roy country, the cottage is an ideal base for exploring the spectacular surrounding countryside and enjoying a variety of outdoor activities. Easier still you can simply walk from the back of the cottage up into the woods and follow the Rob Roy trail or from the front go along the cycle path to Strathyre or Kinghouse. The village of Strathyre is within easy walking distance, with a shop and places to eat and drink. The longer walk to Kingshouse is rewarded by a lovely cafe, bar and restaurant.
