Malvern House is a elegant and spacious townhouse located just seconds from the seafront and historic Deal castle. The property is arranged over four floors and the basement has been turned into a wonderful open and social reception room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The owners have carefully thought of everything you may need to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. The long promenade and beach are just one minute from the house with little cafes on the green and local shops. A lovely coastal stroll brings you further into Deal, a vibrant Georgian town with boutique and independent shops and a marvellous range of pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well of course as the iconic pier. There are three championship courses within a 15 minute drive; one in Deal, and two in Sandwich, making Malvern House the perfect location for a seaside getaway in Deal with family, friends or golfers.

This elegant and spacious townhouse is located just seconds from the seafront, majestic Deal castle. Deal's bustling High Street is also just a short 5 minutes' walk away. 'Victoria Town' is the lighthearted name for a vibrant area of Deal where several roads of large period properties lead from the elegant tree-lined Victoria Road to the famous Deal seafront. Here you are perfectly located to enjoy every aspect of the area. The property has very good transport links nearby as the train station is just a 10 minute walk away.
