Property info

60 Manchester Road has been a thoughtfully converted project for the serviced accommodation market. Altrincham is a thriving town voted one of the top 3 places to live in England through the Sunday Times with award winning restaurants, lively bars and cosy pubs. It has a fantastic central market filled with local businesses selling a range of artisan products and food. The property is situated just over 20 minutes drive from central Manchester or 30 minutes on the tram. Manchester airport less than 10 minutes away in a taxi. Manchester United and Manchester City football clubs are within easy traveling distance from Altrincham tram station which is a 5 minute walk.

Neighborhood info

When looking for somewhere to eat, you would be very hard pushed to have hit a better sweet spot than Altrincham. There are restaurants to cover any taste from the authentic Spanish "EVUNA" , English giant "The Con Club", The famous Altrincham market full of different artisan spaces and many more. If you have a certain taste let us know and we'll recommend the best... Outdoors there are plenty of rolling country estates to enjoy including Dunham Massey & Tatton Park. For sports fans, Manchester United and Manchester City football clubs are very easily travelled to from Altrincham interchange with is a 5 minute stroll. Lancashire County cricket ground is also very easy to get to. There are a range of fantastic golf clubs including the famous Mere Golf & Country club and Dunham Golf club to name but two!
