Unbeatable views of Llandudno and the north Wales coast. Less than 3 minutes drive to Llandudno or Rhos-on-Sea, it's in a very quiet cul-de-sac with on-street parking. You won't be disturbed. Views are stupendous from both the front & rear gardens. The ground floor has a delightful viewing room & cosy living room. Next door is a modern fitted kitchen. Climb up the spiral staircase to two good-sized double rooms with king size beds. Plus the bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The huge advantage of the cottage’s hill location is that it has unbeatable views of Llandudno and the North Wales coastline. But when the Lord giveth, he taketh away! One downside is that the cottage has no dedicated parking. But right beside the cottage is a layby with space for two cars. A neighbour often uses one of these spaces. For second cars, there is roadside parking at the bottom of the hill, which involves a walk of about 100m. If I could install more parking I would, but the slope of the hill is against us.

Neil and Alex found the cottage in 2021. It was derelict back then, but the views just won their hearts. They're professionals who live in Manchester and who use the property as a second home as often as possible whenever there are no guests staying. This cottage has been a labour of love. Penrhynside is a small village settlement that sits close by, but perched above Llandudno. From the property, you get amazing views of the North Wales coastline. In the car, you can get to lots of places in under 15 minutes. Llandudno is less than 2 minutes away. Rhos-on-sea is about 4 minutes. Colwyn Bay is around 10 minutes and driving to Conwy will take 15 minutes on a bad day. You might prefer to walk. Llandudno beach is no more than 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. And the town centre is about 15 minutes further. There are two fabulous pubs in the other half of Penrhynside, close to where you saw the big "Llandudno Welcomes You" sign.
