We are a small family run company which started with one property and a love of renovation and design. We wanted to share our family holiday house with others and were amazed by the feedback and the number of holidays we were able to host. Especially coming out of lockdown we were able to host so many family reunions and UK staycations. Managing our one property very quickly grew to helping others manage their own properties, and now we have a high-quality selection of homes across the UK, and every month we seem to be growing. Our focus is always ensuring you have the most enjoyable and hassle-free trip. Our properties are in some of our favourite places, so we have loads of local recommendations for you. We are based in Yorkshire and Glasgow, but we have local teams by each of our properties who are all great and more than happy to help should you need it! Apt 2, Armatage Flats is a newly refurbished, bright middle-floor apartment in the heart of Eyemouth. This spacious one-bedroom flat features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. Ideal for both relaxing getaways and business stays, with local shops, harbour and amenities close by. To the right, you’ll find the spacious, modern kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, hob, washing machine and fridge freezer, along with essential kitchenware to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Lounge At the top of the stairs, to the far left of the corridor, is the lounge. This inviting space features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted Smart TV, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Master Bedroom Through the internal door from the lounge, you’ll find the spacious bedroom, thoughtfully designed for comfort. It features a double bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a freestanding wardrobe, providing a relaxing and practical space for your stay. Bathroom Halfway down the corridor, you’ll see an internal door which leads into the modern bathroom. The bathroom features a toilet, wash hand basin and a bath with shower overhead. Parking: Although there is no designated parking for the flat, there is plenty of free on-street parking nearby. Pet Rules: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the flat, and this is non-negotiable.
