Hello, I'm Nina, I'm one of the owners of Claire Anthony Homes, thanks for checking out our bio and considering one of our holiday rentals for your stay. We are a small family run company which started with one property and a love of renovation and design. We wanted to share our family holiday house with others and were amazed by the feedback and the number of holidays we were able to host. Especially coming out of lockdown we were able to host so many family reunions and UK staycations. Managing our one property very quickly grew to helping others manage their own properties, and now we have a high-quality selection of homes across the UK, and every month we seem to be growing. Our focus is always ensuring you have the most enjoyable and hassle-free trip. Our properties are in some of our favourite places, so we have loads of local recommendations for you. We are based in Yorkshire and Glasgow, but we have local teams by each of our properties who are all great and more than happy to help should you need it! Apt 3, Armatage Flats is a newly refurbished, bright top-floor apartment in the heart of Eyemouth. This spacious one-bedroom flat features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. Ideal for both relaxing getaways and business stays, with local shops, harbour and amenities close by. Key features: • One bedroom apartment • Town centre location • Smart TV and WIFI • Fully equipped kitchen • Free on-street parking • Working professionals welcome Lounge As you enter the apartment, the staircase rises to the top floor. If you turn left and follow the corridor to the very end, an internal door leads into the Lounge. The Lounge features an L shaped sofa, coffee table and a wall-mounted Smart TV. A walkway leads you into the kitchen. Kitchen/Diner The spacious kitchen features an electric oven, hob, washing machine and fridge-freezer. The dining table offers space to eat on an evening. Master Bedroom The master bedroom features a double bed, minimal storage and a Smart TV on the wall. Bathroom The bathroom is the door on the right at the top of the stairs and includes a toilet, a wash hand basin and a bath with a shower overhead. Parking Although there is no designated parking for the flat, there is plenty of free on-street parking nearby. Pet Rules: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the flat, and this is non-negotiable.
