The living areas in the property consist of kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and dining seating for six people, a sitting room with a Smart TV and multi-fuel stove, and an external games room with table football, pool table and a selection of games. The bedrooms consist of a double with a Smart TV, balcony and en-suite bathroom, a double with a Smart TV and a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request) with a Smart TV, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with decking, lawn, furniture, bike storage and an external games room. Within 0.8 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.9 miles a pub, and within 1.1 miles, a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair and travel cot are also available. For a coastal break to remember, look no further than Arlan.
