You are booking a private 1st-floor bedroom (with garden views, fast WiFi, and a tea/coffee station) within our shared home. The shared bathroom is located downstairs. HEALTHY SPACE: Because I teach fitness, we maintain a healthy sanctuary. Our property (inside and out) is strictly 100% smoke-free and drug-free. LOCATION: We are an easy 10-minute walk to the town centre and historic Old Town, and just 12 minutes to the beach.

ABOUT US & OUR VIBE: We’re Nathan and Glen, and we share our home with Reggie, our friendly whippet! Because of my early mornings teaching fitness classes, our home is a relaxed, tranquil retreat. KEEPING THE PEACE: We ask guests to observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. You're completely welcome to enjoy the Hastings nightlife, just please be mindful of noise if returning late! CHECK-IN: Our latest standard check-in is 9:30 PM. As a quiet working household, we aren't suited for pre-drinks or late-night partying.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD: Tucked up on the West Hill, our home offers a peaceful retreat just a short walk from Hastings' most vibrant areas. VIEWS & COFFEE: A two-minute walk offers sweeping views over the Old Town and sea, plus great coffee at the West Hill Kiosk. LOCAL SCENE: We're an easy 10-minute wander to the historic Old Town's incredible food scene (we love recommending spots like Booh and Coquina!). THE LOCAL PUB: For a closer pint, our fantastic local, The Plough, is just two minutes away with a great beer garden. Both train stations are close by, making exploring the coast a breeze.
