When you stay at Bamburgh Under Canvas you will have (nearly all) the luxuries of being in a hotel, but with the added benefit of being able to enjoy the stunning Northumbrian countryside. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Our tents sleep a maximum of two guests on a double 2000 pocket sprung mattress with hotel quality bed linen as well as soft towels, throws and cushions. The stove is the perfect addition for keeping you cosy in the evenings, (logs available to purchase on site) or on those blustery days and can also provide you with your morning coffee if you wish. Each tent will have a bbq/fire-pit for romantic nights overlooking the cheviots, as well as a gas stove for when you just can’t wait to get those sausages sizzling! There is nothing worse than warm fizz, beer or milk so you will have your own cool box within your tent to keep all the important things chilled.

WHERE WE ARE Bamburgh Under Canvas is situated in the hamlet of Glororum, which is one mile, or a 15 minute walk, to lovely Bamburgh where you will find a variety of fantastic shops and eateries such as The Potted Lobster, The Victoria Hotel and the infamous R Carter & Son to name just a few. When staying at Bamburgh Under Canvas you have the added bonus of stunning views of the Cheviots, which are idyllic on any day.
