Barn End is a beautifully converted Cotswold stone barn that is both spacious and stylish. The generous ground-floor accommodation includes a cosy living room, an office, a sociable open-plan kitchen/diner with a conservatory that provides an additional seating area, and a handy cloakroom, while upstairs are three bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom, and a family shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard garden to the rear and a large lawned garden to the front, both of which have plenty of well-positioned seating for making the most of the sun when it shines. Picturesque Paxford has lots of lovely walking opportunities for those keen to explore their new surroundings on foot, and there are several more Cotswold gems within a short driving distance. Chipping Campden is a five-minute drive away and boasts a wealth of lovely shops and eateries, while green-fingered guests will delight in visiting the gardens of Hidcote Manor and Kiftsgate. Moreton-in-Marsh, which has a direct rail link to Oxford and London, is only six miles away and has long attracted visitors to its charming high street lined with art galleries, antique shops and tea rooms. Supermarkets and Shopping: There is a village shop in Blockley (2.6 miles) and Vegetable Matters farm shop and café in Ebrington (1.4 miles). Chipping Campden (3 miles) has a Co-Operative Food store.
