Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Just set back from Eastbourne seafront, this spacious, six-bedroom house is perfect for extended families or friends wanting a group getaway. With sea views from two of the front bedrooms, front and rear patio areas for al fresco dining, and the beach literally across the road, this holiday home is the perfect seaside hideaway. The dining lounge includes several sofas and a smart TV (so don't forget your Netflix log in), plus a large dining area with a few games. The separate kitchen has a range cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast table that seats six. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. By the back door is a WC, then out on the patio is a table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are two off road parking spaces behind this, plus more free on street parking. The bedrooms are set on the upper floors. On the first floor are two double ensuite bedrooms, plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The third bedroom on this level has sea views and a super king bed. The top floor has two twin rooms, plus a king room with sea views and an ensuite bathroom. WiFi provided, plus linen and towels (bring your beach towels).

Eastbourne beach is just a hop over the road, and you have an Italian ice cream parlour close by, plus a wide range of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Children will love the nearby Treasure Island theme park and Sovereign Centre (with fun pool, waves and flume). Eastbourne is a popular seaside tourist town with four theatres, a multiscreen cinema and an art gallery. The town centre includes the newly renovated Beacon shopping centre for mainstream shops, plus the Enterprise centre for more quirky, independent boutiques. It is a great spot to enjoy the great walking and cycling of the South Downs or to explore the wider south coast.
