This is a beautiful modern townhouse built in 2026 with modern bathroom and Bright bedrooms. The property has only been vacated since May of 2026 so is in pristine condition. This is strictly a room only booking however guests will have access to a private bathroom exclusive for them as I have my own bathroom. Guests are politely asked to lock the front door when entering and leaving the property and remove outdoor footwear before making their way to their room.

The property is located in a new build housing estate Situated in the west of Edinburgh close to a range of public transport. The airport bus stop is only 7-10 minutes walk from the property. Haymarket train station is also only 15 minutes by bus. The airport is only 10 minutes away from the property so is in close proximity. You are in easy reach of the city centre by public transport in 15-20 minutes via the 100 express bus service located 10 minutes walk from the property. There is also a range of other bus services available into the city centre. Murrayfield stadium is only 10 minutes by bus so excellent base for concerts and sporting events.
