Bellshill Cottage is a very attractive stone built cottage has lovely views over countryside to the coast at Budle Bay and Bamburgh Castle, and provides a wonderful peaceful base from which to explore both inland and coastal Northumberland Note: Due to the size of the property and set up of the bedroom configuration, Bellshill Cottage is only suitable for a maximum of 4 guests, including children and infants - 3 adults maximum at any one time. Note: Day bed only suitable for children. Weekly bookings only between April - October. Weekly bookings must start on a Saturday. This property accepts Winter Short Breaks (November - March). Please note only one short break per week is permitted over the winter. Property is unable to accommodate a change-over on Saturday 22nd March, any weekly or short break bookings would need to commence the Friday or after the Saturday

The pretty coastal village of Bamburgh, with its sweeping beaches and dramatic castle, is only a short drive away. Belford itself is an old coaching village with a pleasant square and offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. It is ideally placed for exploring the Northumbrian Coastal Route, Cheviots, the renowned Northumberland Coastline and the Scottish Borders. The opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from nearby Seahouses, is not to be missed. Alternatively check the tide times and cross to Holy Island to visit the historic Lindisfarne Priory.
