Here at Big Sky Tipi Holidays situated in the heart of rural Sussex, we have eight furnished tipis to offer. Equipped with all the equipment we think you require for a glamping trip, each tipi has a double bed and two singles, faux fur rugs, chest full of cutlery, plates, cups etc. Outside is a camping gas stove station, BBQ (requires charcoal) and picnic table. Each tipi has its own campfire outside so you can toast marshmallows under the stars. We sell locally produced charcoal, organic yoghurt, sausages and bacon for you to rustle up some proper camping food. And so you don't have to go right back to nature, we have a shower block with all the modern conveniences of showers, toilets, plug in points and plenty of hot water. Well behaved dogs are very welcome - we have a few rules so please let us know if you are bringing a dog so we can advise you of them.

Geoff and I have been running our tipi glamping site since 2009 and never tire of welcoming new and old guests back to our site. With many repeat guests, we feel that we have got the balance of just eight well spaced tipis kitted out with all the equipment we think you will need just right.

With ancient woodland attached to our site and direct access onto the 1066 public footpath, why not take time to explore the many footpaths including a nice walk to Herstmonceux Castle and The Bull's Head at Boreham Street. Henner's Vineyard is a nice 2 kilometre walk and offers a refreshing glass of English sparkling wine and snacks for the thirsty walker. Pevensey Bay is only four miles away so within an easy drive for a day on the beach. Or try Bexhill (just 7 miles from us) with a seafront promenade and lots of quirky shops and eateries.
