This is a three bedroom detached house in the newington area. It is a 15 minute drive at max to any local beaches, including margate. If you are going to the concert at dreamland margate i can take you there and bring you back safely, no need to wait for public transit. I have a garden with chickens and three cats. You are welcome to spend time in the garden, and if you need anything that isnt already in your room i am available 24/7 to help with whatever i can. Every room has a fridge, microwave, kettle, table with chairs and cutlery. I provide water for each night someone is staying and can serve breakfast in your room if wanted. You will be given a key for the front door as well as your room which can be locked for privacy. Please lock the front door behind you whenever you go outside. Takeaway is available for the evenings and i can help with choosing the best places to order. There is a space at the front of the house with seating for smoking outdoors. Please remove your shoes when entering the house, the entrance area has seating and storage for this.

Located in kent, there are many beaches and other seaside attractions within a short distance such as dreamland margate, the ramsgate tunnels and the granville theater. There is a convenience store very close by along with a bus stop that can take you right to ramsgate harbour, westwood cross or margate. Canterbury is also only 30 minutes away, by either car or train.
