Bay view is a modern seaside home sitting right next to the award winning blue flag Botany bay in Broadstairs Kent. There is parking for 1 car on the drive and free off street parking available outside the home. Bay view is a self contained 2 double bedroom unit at the front of a main house. Bayview is for your sole use. The shared patio garden provides a hot outside shower and seating to relax after a long day on the bay! We have a further Holiday Home The Hideaway which is a sleeps 6 lodge also in the grounds. The hideaway has a lounge area and larger kitchen with more facilities a cooker and dining. The Patio garden is shared with the Hideaway Air b and b guests. There is separate seating for both holiday homes available in the patio garden There is a small kitchenette with a breakfast bar and stools for 4 people. Please note there is no cooker here There is a small Air Fryer a fridge microwave kettle and toaster. The shower room leads off from the kitchenette . There is no lounge Bay View has a brand new kitchenette and shower room and bedrooms have been refurbished and redecorated throughout. Think of this as hotel rooms on a bay with extra facilities ie the kitchenette ! You can see the sea from the Main bedroom window which is a few meters away and you can hear the sea at night! Furnished to a high standard this a lovely sleeps 4/5 Holiday Home. The fifth bed is a guest bed on wheels and pulls out from under the single bed we only recommend for children and please note this does make the second bedroom less spacious when this bed is pulled out.

This is my latest Holiday Home to be added to Hogben Holiday Homes portfolio and I am so very pleased and proud to be hosting this one! It is self contained and right next to our lovely Bay. There is always so much to do here anytime of the year ! Hogben Holiday Homes is now my full time job and my passion I suddenly and without warning lost my husband Nick in 2020 so I have thrown myself into producing 4 Holiday Homes as a business so I can be on hand for my son who was only 10 when Nick passed. I love Yoga and walking my 2 Cockapoos. My son Archie is a surfer and we sometimes stay here in one of the homes you will most certainly see him walking up and down from the bay with his surf board!
