The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric double oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a first-floor games room with a pool table. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite bathroom, three doubles with en-suite shower rooms, a ground-floor double and a triple (3 x single), along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a patio with furniture, barbecue and a hot tub, cycle shelter, an enclosed astro turfed area, and ample off-road parking with an electric car charge point. Within 3 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Bowland Barn is a brilliant base to gather your loved ones for a countryside retreat.
