Breakers is a lovingly refurbished Victorian property offering high quality bed and breakfast accommodation, located on the sea front with views over the Pavilion Gardens, the promenade and beach. All of our rooms have been individually decorated with high quality furnishings. On booking guests select a specific room. We are within very easy flat walking distance of Eastbourne Pier and Town Centre (10 mins). Free and unrestricted parking is available on the nearby residential streets close to the property. Alternatively a sea front car park, is available a short walk away, where it is free to park overnight.
