There are two double bedrooms with picture windows taking in those amazing views, and a third smaller bedroom with a single bed with trundle bed underneath, enabling it to be converted to a double. There is a family bathroom with separate shower on the first floor and a useful shower room with basin and WC on the ground floor. The kitchen is dated but functional with a gas hob, air fryer and microwave plus a washing machine if you need to catch up on your holiday laundry! The sitting room on the ground floor leads into a conservatory overlooking the large garden with an elevated south facing terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue and outdoor dining. There is free on site parking for 2 to 3 vehicles on the private driveway. The house is a clean and comfortable family home.

The house is situated just a 10 minute walk from the lively town centre of Brecon with it’s many bars and eateries, independent shops, farmers market selling wonderful local produce, the canal and towpath as a starting point for exploring the beautiful countryside surrounding the town and the theatre at the Canal Basin as the hub of a thriving arts scene attracting visitors from all over the world. Despite all this activity, Brevon retains the feel of a traditional market town. We are in the heart of the Brecon Beacons with many hiking and biking routes through the unspoiled national park with towering hills and spectacular waterfalls.
