It provides a fantastic base for families and quieter groups looking to relax and explore the area. As the house is a traditional mid-terrace with permanent neighbours on both sides, it isn't suitable for parties or late-night socialising. Even normal group conversations can travel more than guests expect, particularly later in the evening. To help everyone enjoy their stay, we ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, and the cinema loft should be vacated by 10pm. If you're still chatting later into the evening, the basement snug is the best place to gather. The property has noise monitors in the lounge and cinema loft. These monitor noise levels only (they do not record conversations) and help us alert guests if noise is becoming disruptive to our neighbours. We believe in being completely transparent, so if your group is planning a lively celebration or expects to be socialising late into the evening, this probably isn't the right property. However, if you're looking for a comfortable, spacious home for a relaxing break with family or friends, we'd love to welcome you. 😊

Situated in the heart of the seaside town of Tywyn, in beautiful Cardigan Bay, Bryn Mair Terrace is perfectly placed to explore everything the area has to offer. Leave the car behind and stroll to the sandy beach ⛱️, independent shops 🛍️, cafés and excellent restaurants 🍴, or enjoy an evening walk along the promenade to watch the sun set over the sea 🌅. From the front door you can also hop on the Cambrian Coast railway for a scenic trip to Barmouth 🚆, or experience the historic Talyllyn Railway 🚂, the world's first preserved heritage railway and part of a UNESCO-recognised railway heritage landscape.
