Lynda and Peter are super hosts. Accommodating and friendly while respecting guest’s privacy. Homemade preserves and marmalade. Rashes from local butcher excellent. Gluten free options very good.

This is a 200 year old property! Furnished to a good standard with modern facilities, in a quiet village location. Look for the Union Jack! Right on the corner of the road.
We are a retired couple with a history in the hospitality industry. We like to meet new people and aim to make them feel comfortable. Full English breakfast is included in the price, fresh fruit daily also homemade jams and marmalade. We can cater for vegetarian or vegan diets but please let us know when booking. Why not let us provide a freshly cooked evening meal. We also have a lovely new refurbished village pub 5 minutes walk away. Please contact by email or phone to discuss your needs. Quiet village location but within 10 minutes drive to several restaurants and pubs and local taxis are available. We also have a good and recently refurbished pub a few minutes walk away that does great food, Good stopping off place/ overnight stay en route to the West Country. Close to Longleat, about 10 minutes. Stonehenge about 20/25 minutes. Bath 25 minutes. Westbury train station 5 minutes. If arriving by train we can collect you from the station but please advise in good time.
