Welcome to By The Sea, a bed and breakfast on the seafront in Eastbourne. We have six en suite guest rooms on three floors in our Victorian building. Breakfast is included for free with all bookings. There is a private car park at the rear of the building but parking is limited to three cars and cannot be guaranteed or reserved. Parking is also available, free of charge, on the roads at the sides and rear of the property. There is also a paid car-park a short distance away.

Neighborhood info

The bed and breakfast is located on the seafront in a conservation area. The sea and beach are a few yards away across the road. The attractions nearby are the Redoubt Fortress, the Pavilion Tea Gardens with its free annual exhibition, the Natural Fitness Centre and the bowling green. The pier and town centre are 15-20 minutes walk along the seafront promenade. 5 minutes walk will take you to Seaside Road which has local shops, takeaways and many restaurants and cafes.
