Cartref is in the Centre of town with shops, bars and restaurants with meters. Car parking on street is restricted to one hour between 08:30 and 17:30 Mon to Sat, but free from 17:30 to 08:30 Mon to Sat and free all day on Sundays, there two free car parks in Caerphilly and multiple others where you can pay.
