A warm welcome to my cosy ground floor studio room , located beneath our family home in the heart of Knaresborough. The ground floor accommodation comprises of your own private entrance , private front garden and seating area, and private parking space for up to 2 cars. A light complimentary Continental Breakfast and semi skimmed milk is provided. Please be advised there are 3 ceiling beams within the property at a height of 182 cm . This will cause some areas of height restriction for those over 5ft 11.5 inch tall.
Our family home is above the property, occupied by 3 adults ( myself , husband and daughter ). We are responsable owners of 2 cats and a small, friendly well trained working cocker spaniel dog.
A convenient location within a 3 minute walk to the beautiful River Nidd and waterside , or a 5 minute walk to the bustling Market Square . Knaresborough attractions are within a short walking distance , including Knaresborough Castle , Mother Shiptons Cave and row boat hire on the river Nidd , to name a few . There are an abundance of shops , cafe's , ice cream parlour's , bakery's , restaurants , bars and Ye Olde pubs strewn across the Town . Regular bus and railway transport is within a short walking distance for those who would like to venture further afield to Harrogate , Leeds , York and surrounding villages .
