Tŷ SA are serviced accommodation specialists founded by Matt and Luke in 2019. Our aim is to be the number one provider of high-quality short stay serviced accommodation in South Wales.

Property info

There is a large, stylish kitchen with everything you need to enjoy all the home comforts during your stay. To the rear of the kitchen you will find a fully equipped laundry room also. There are 6 large bedrooms with 11 beds sleeping up to 13 guests - 1 double bedroom, 3 twin rooms, 1 single and the attic bedroom has a double bed and 2 singles. Having 2 separate bathrooms this property will really appeal to larger groups. The first bathroom on the ground floor has a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet and the family bathroom on the upper floor has a P shaped bath with a shower, wash basin and toilet. Please note: Our accommodation is thoughtfully set up with comfort and practicality in mind, making it ideal for guests working or studying locally rather than those seeking a luxury stay. That said, we hope you’ll find it a pleasant and welcoming space. As with many homes in the UK, you may occasionally spot a friendly spider during your stay.
