Welcome to our listing of Clayton Street. A modern 2 bedroom house located in Newport. The lounge area can comfortably seat up to 4 guests. It is beautifully furnished and includes a large 50" Smart TV. We also provide complimentary wifi. The property enjoys a fully functioning kitchen & dining area complete with everything you need to enjoy your stay in comfort. There are two spacious bedrooms, one double bed which can be split into a twin on request and one twin bedroom. There is a main bathroom with bath and shower facilities. Please note: A Security Deposit of 200 and signed T&Cs will be required to book this property. This is just a hold on your card and funds will be released 2-3 days after check-out. Please note: Our accommodation is thoughtfully set up with comfort and practicality in mind, making it ideal for guests working or studying locally rather than those seeking a luxury stay. That said, we hope you’ll find it a pleasant and welcoming space. As with many homes in the UK, you may occasionally spot a friendly spider during your stay.
