We are fantastically situated in a peaceful location on a hillside overlooking the beautiful, and ever changing, Menai Strait and across to the mountains of Snowdonia. Our site covers 4 acres of huge terraced lawns, a spring fed wildlife pond, and a bluebell wood. Seascape makes the most of the stunning views with private terraces on both levels, each with outdoor furniture for relaxing. The property is very spacious with 2 large en-suite king size bedrooms, a generous living and dining area, and a well equipped kitchen. It has underfloor heating throughout. We are immensely grateful for the great reviews from our guests, many of whom go on to be regular returners; we don't think anywhere on the island has the combination of views, peace and luxury that we offer. We also have two other properties on site, one sleeping 2, and another sleeping 4, so can accommodate up to 10 guests.

We live on site and love welcoming our guests to this very special place. We really want our guests to love being here as much as we do and we try to add those thoughtful extras to make you feel at home; including home baking on arrival! We respect your privacy but are always on hand for any advice about the area. We are keen walkers and cyclists; we have walked the length of the Anglesey coast path and cycled most of its quiet lanes; along with a lot of exploring by foot and pedal in Snowdonia. We think this area offers so much variety, and are very happy to share top tips as to the best places to visit. We don't just pay lip service to sustainability, we are very proud to have invested in North Wales largest domestic solar power array, generating clean, carbon free electricity. Along with our ultra efficient heat pumps, and high insulation rating, not only is our property is always warm, we are net electricity exporters across the year; a claim very few properties can match.

We like to think that our location is just perfect; peaceful but with a constantly changing view. Seascape's hillside position is the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by. If you do want to venture out, we have an excellent waterside dining pub 250m away. the lovely coastal town of Beaumaris (with a castle, pier, promenade and excellent shops and eateries) is 2.5 miles away, very walkable along the coast path. The historic town of Menai Bridge is the same distance in the opposite direction and has a handy Waitrose. All of Anglesey is within 35 minutes drive and the coast is fantastically varied; from sheltered sandy coves, to huge expansive beaches, to dramatic cliffs teeming with birdlife. The coast path circumnavigates the island and we provide walkers maps and a book of circular walks. Stunning Snowdonia is striking distance and opens up a different kind of beauty and a multitude of walking, cycling and climbing possibilities. We have castles a-plenty in Beaumaris, Penrhyn (which we can see from here), Caernarfon and Conwy. Both Menai Bridge and Beaumaris have a selection of excellent restaurants including the Michelin starred Sosban. When you book we send an extensive welcome letter with lots if ideas for things to do, suggestions for walks (including pub lunch stops en route!) and recommendations for local places to eat.
