Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy a calm a quiet night away in this cosy barn conversion. Located on a working farm at Hamperley, it's the ideal base for walking, biking or just finding a bit of peace and quiet. Hamperley and the Church Stretton area offer some of the best walking and cycling in the country, with breath taking views and numerous places to explore. From castles, cafes and carveries; to hills, horses and hang-gliding there is something for everyone.
Chris is home based and farms the land. Kirsty works in education. As our own time away is precious to us, we know the importance of getting it right for guests who choose to stay at Ingles Farm Holiday Cottages. With the options of Alf's Bullpen sleeping 2; Betty's Dairy sleeping 4; the combination of both to cater for 6, there is plenty of choice. As the reviews show, we seem to be getting it right. With two sons and three granddaughters, life is pretty busy but full of fun, farming, flora and fauna.
There are many castles (Ludlow, Shrewsbury, Stokesay) in the area as well as National Trust properties. Many of our guests like to walk or drive over the nearby Longmynd or visit Cardingmill Valley. Cycling routes are numerous and cafes, restaurants and pubs abound within a few minutes and miles of the property. Hoo Farm, British Ironworks, Ironbridge Gorge and Blists Hill are all nearby too.
