Set at the edge of a large garden overlooking rolling Cotswold fields, it's a perfect escape in England's prettiest village. It has a light filled charming kitchen/living room with a bedroom above, plus a dressing room / study. Just a short walk from Bibury's famous Arlington Row, this cottage offers peace and privacy with walking and cycling routes on your door step. It sits on the same property as the 'Cosy loft with log burner' which can also be booked:

I live locally and I'm always available if you need anything during your stay. My co-hosts Tiago and my mum, Carole can also help if I'm away. We want you to feel completely at home here. I've also lived in Bibury since I was a child, and it's still one of the most special places I know. The understated Cotswold charm, the honey-coloured stone, the River Coln winding through the village, the beautiful old church – its home. Stable Cottage was converted from an old stable block and designed to be a peaceful hideaway. I love the light that floods through the windows, the views across the fields, the quiet simplicity. It's the kind of place where you can properly unwind.

You're in Bibury – which William Morris called "the prettiest village in England" – with all the peace of the countryside and the village just a short stroll away. Walk to: Bibury village centre: 5 minutes Arlington Row (the iconic honey-stone cottages): 8 minutes River Coln: 5 minutes (perfect for riverside walks) Bibury Trout Farm: 10 minutes (fresh trout for dinner!)
