The property is a 10 minutes stroll from Rawtenstall town centre, voted as one of the most desirable, up & coming towns to visit in Lancashire, where you will find a quaint cobbled street hosting numerous bars, cafes & restaurants & independent shops. The traditional market hosts a ‘Foodie Friday’ street food event on the last Friday of every month.
The Rossendale Valley has numerous walking routes including the Rossendale Way & great country pubs.
There is plenty for a family to do within walkable distance including The Rossendale Ski Slope, East Lancashire Railway & Whittaker Park & a short drive to Lea Valley Mountain Bike Trail, Townley Park & Thompson Park
The X43 bus, stops at the bottom of the road & takes you directly to Manchester City centre in 45/60 mins for a couple of pounds
