These properties are set in a small cluster of houses along a no-through road, just over 1 mile from the heart of Frome, a bustling market town with weekly markets and an ever-growing popular monthly market which takes over the town centre. There are cobbled, pedestrianised streets with rivulets running down, and an array of cafés, individual shops, leisure and entertainment. Herons’ Weir (ref EXY) and adjoining Dippers’ Folly (ref EXZ) have been converted from an old industrial workshop building and have been fitted out to a high standard with oak doors and furniture, and marble floors with underfloor heating on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom or shower room, some of which are en-suite, and each room comes with a hairdryer. The building sits next to the River Mells facing Jeffries Mill sluice and weir.
