Before you carry on please remember this is in the centre of the town so their are stairs to every room and are quite narrow on the second floor. Padstow is a working town and by the harbour so you will get some outside noise The drang house is a beautiful old property situated in the heart of the old town. It is located on one of very few cobbled streets left in the country. It sits 30 yards from the inner harbour. The drang house is unusual as that it is one of the only buildings in padstow that was not stripped of its historic features in years gone by. It retains many original features but has been equipped with high quality modern additions. Despite the modern comforts a lot of what you can see has been there for hundreds of years (not recommended if you have a dislike for stairs) Please note we are currently undergoing more improvements and will soon be updating all of our pictures showing off the new bathrooms and smart tv. We are sorry that we have no reviews as of yet but this is a new listing on this site
My name is Hamish. I run this business with my girlfriend tracy. My family bought this house in 1972. I remember a time before all the renovation. Part of the building was full of Mr magg's television repair workshop. I was the only one small enough to fit in the roof space so my grandad would tie a safety rope around me and send me the length of the roof with a spike to check that none of the timbers had rot. He lovingly made good much of the building. Little by little my family made this place what it is today. Myself and tracy are always available to help you and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
This is padstow old town. Right on the Quay. We are located opposite bin two and ruby's wine bars as well as st petrocs bisto and the basement. We are very short walk from the seafood restaurant ,rojano's and Paul Ainsworth's number six. We also work Closely with our lovely neighbour who runs a great B n B right across the street from us so if we can't accommodate you or if you are a large party that needs more rooms than we can provide then please get in touch and we will send you her contact details
