Ard Solas is a tranquil Victorian villa with stunning views and a beautiful garden in the sunlit conservation area of Crieff. Recently renovated, this property has a self-contained, quiet, step free one bedroom ground floor apartment with a private sun-drenched patio for relaxing in the sun. The property also has a stunning two bedroom suite upstairs in the villa accessed from the front entrance. It has beautiful views and a large private front garden. We can also combine both apartments on request. There are glorious walks from your doorstep and a gentle stroll into town to enjoy independent shops and restaurants. Free on street parking. We also offer secure shared storage for bikes, paddle boards, outdoor equipment and motorbikes.

Our home is a creative haven where we showcase local artists work throughout the house which are available for purchase. Our haven is ideal not only for tourists but also for artists and creatives to time time out, enjoy nature and the peaceful environment. We can combine the apartments for larger groups of friends and are open to discuss creative opportunities, workshops, knowledge sharing.

We are in a very quiet location, near to the wooded walks and up to our local hill and viewpoint The Knock. A short walk to Crieff Hydro. A gentle stroll into the town and our many lovely independent shops and restaurants. We have free on street parking
